Václav Franc, MBA, graduated from the University of Economics in Prague with a focus on corporate finance and HR. He subsequently received a prestigious MBA degree in Financial Management from the City University of the State of Washington.
During his extensive professional career, he has held senior management positions both within companies and in outsourcing, covering a wide range of industries, including finance and human resources. He acquired professional skills in the field of agency employment and held positions in one of the ten leading agencies in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
Václav Franc is characterized by an unbreakable commitment to his own vision, which emphasizes flexible solutions in the field of human resources. They strive to ensure that these solutions not only fully meet the needs of clients, but also bring significant added value for service providers, in accordance with the win-win principle.
